    Anand Rajendran started his journey in Oracle as a functional finance consultant in 2005. With over 18 years of experience, he has received many appreciations and awards from several organizations and clients. He is currently working as the Account Manager at Doyen Systems Pvt. Ltd. He is an engineer with three degrees by choice and ended up at Oracle by passion. From childhood, he has been fervent about designing based on requirements, which paved the way for learning new technologies.

    With exposure in different phases of the project life cycle and strong skills in O2C, P2P, RICEW, and documentation, he is also an active blogger and AIOUG presenter.

    Jim Williams is a CEO and Co-Founder at R-Cubed Consulting with more than 30 years of experience driving technology-enabled business transformation. He began his career in finance and supply chain before moving into IT leadership, where he led enterprise initiatives across finance, supply chain, HR, payroll, and analytics. Over the past two decades, Jim has built and led multiple consulting firms. He has worked with Oracle applications for over 30 years, helping clients implement and optimize both Oracle Cloud and E-Business Suite solutions. At R-Cubed, he focuses on bringing together high-performing teams to deliver results on complex, high-stakes projects.
